Ruth Marquez – Art Class London

Ruth Marquez has been teaching art for ten years and clearly delights in inspiring children to achieve results that far exceed the skills they had when they walked in the door.

Ruth makes her art fun for children of all ages, and her art classes in London are well attended. She always seems to have Mozart or Beethoven soothingly playing in the background.

Ruth’s own art education has been varied, and she holds a BA in Fine Art (Seville University), a BA in Book Arts and Crafts (London College of Communication) and a Masters in Printmaking (Camberwell College of Art).

Over the years, Ruth has been playing an important role in different educational projects and creative events both in the UK and abroad.

She understands art can be a social activity and believes passionately in the potential of drawing as a powerful tool for exploring ideas and discovering new horizons.
